Refund policy


At Ayra India, we strive to deliver high-quality products to our customers. However, in the rare case of a discrepancy, we have a 7-day return policy to ensure a seamless experience.


Return Eligibility:

  1. Applicable Reasons for Return:

    • If the product delivered is incorrect.
    • If the product is received in a damaged or broken condition during transit.
  2. Non-Applicable Reasons for Return:

    • Returns are not accepted for any reason other than the above (e.g., change of mind or personal preference).

Steps to Request a Return:

  1. Take a Video While Unboxing:
    Record a clear video while opening the package, showing the condition of the product and any visible issues.

  2. Share the Video:
    Email the video to support@ayraindia.com along with your order details (order number, name, and contact information).

  3. Wait for Confirmation:
    Our support team will review your request and respond via email with further instructions.

  4. Repack and Label:
    Once your return is approved, we will email you a packing label.

    • Repack the product securely.
    • Print and paste the packing label on the package.
  5. Hand Over the Parcel:
    When the pickup agent arrives, hand over the package.


Refund/Exchange Process:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund or dispatch the exchange product as per your request.
  • Refund Timeline: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the return is received and verified.
  • Exchange Timeline: The exchange product will be dispatched within 3-5 business days after verification of the returned item.
